PCB Reschedules PSL 10 Player Draft to Lahore’s Huzoori Bagh

The PCB has declared that the PSL season 10 Player Draft will take place on January 13, 2025, at Huzoori Bagh, Lahore Fort. The intended draft which was planned to be constructed in Gwadar was shifted due to some unknown logistic issues. Still, Gwadar will remain a part of the PSL 10 Trophy Tour that is planned for March.

The special PSL 10, which will be playing from April 8 to May 19, 2025, is all set as six teams make their last roster changes at Lahore’s historical landmark. The teams have declared their player retentions recently which was permitted up to eight players for each. Islamabad United Quetta Gladiators and Lahore Qalandars were the teams that retained the maximum number of players while Karachi Kings, Multan Sultan, and Peshawar Zalmi retained seven players each.

Notable retainments are Shaheen Shah Afridi, Babar Azam, and Mohammad Rizwan, and emerging players Saim Ayub and Salman Ali Agha retained. Cuts of players like Hasan Ali and Abdullah Shafique also proved changes in the team ship.

As for PSL 10, fans can expect a historic season – presenting cricket and culture, distinctly Pakistani. The audience is looking forward to watching the glamorous turn that the PSL season 10 Player Draft ceremony owes to its favorite stars.
