Pakistan Finance Minister Heads to Davos for WEF 2025 Summit

The Pakistani Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb has set off for Davos Switzerland for WEF 2025 Annual Meeting will be hosted from January 20-24. It is named as “The grand summit on ‘Collaboration for the Intelligent Age’” and the premier annual economic event that brings together heads of states/governments and political/business/trade forums to deliberate on matters of most relevance.

During the visit, Aurangzeb will participate in several key-level discussions on the rising concern of the international debt situation of developing countries and the role of artificial intelligence and automation in trade and investment. The minister has planned to attend necessary meetings with Saudi Arabian, Qatari, and Egyptian ministerial delegations, as well as with officials of several international financial organizations and Middle Eastern investment banks.

Our finance minister is present now as Pakistan needs to bring growth back through exports and undertaking fiscals. Therefore, through this format Aurangzeb when leading Pakistan’s economic relations with the rest of the world will narrate the achievements made by Pakistan and also conduct some interviews with some of the international media houses.
