Most watched Youtube  videos among Pakistanis in 2023

In 2023, Pakistanis spent a lot of time on YouTube, exploring a variety of content that kept them entertained and informed. One major trend was the popularity of YouTube Shorts. short videos are trending these days and that attracts the younger audience. With a whopping 70 billion daily views, Shorts became more famous these days. 

While short videos gained immense popularity, long-form content continued to be cherished by Pakistanis. One standout example was the 57th episode of Geo Television’s “Tere Bin,” starring Yumna Zaidi and Wahaj Ali, receiving widespread acclaim and becoming the most trending video in Pakistan.

Google’s Regional Director for Pakistan, Farhan Qureshi, highlighted the cultural evolution seen in Pakistan’s top trending list.

He pointed out that a lot more people are watching short videos on YouTube, and fans are getting really into specific types of content like music, dramas, and vlogs. Qureshi mentioned that content creators are trying out different kinds of videos to reach new audiences and make more varied and exciting content in the future.

YouTube’s numbers also showed that ZAMZAM ELECTRONICS TRADING and Ducky Bhai, who used to be called Saad ur Rehman, are doing really well in terms of views and popularity.

Other notable channels such as Sistrology, Maaz Safdar World, and Ijaz Ansari Food Secrets also made it to the top creators’ list.

Music Videos
The love for music among Pakistanis remained evident, with several Indian-origin songs making it to the top music videos list. Hits like “Tere Vaaste,” “Kya Loge Tum,” “Zihaal e Miskin,” and Bilal Saeed’s “Udh Di Phiran” resonated well with the Pakistani audience.
