China and Pakistan have again formed a new mutual understanding agreement, this time through their e-commerce platforms to make industrial upgrading. Beijing based high quality industrial internet enterprise IBI and the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunications of Pakistan have officially established strategic cooperation relations.

Beijing Toodudu E Commerce Co Ltd is a core subsidiary of IBI who signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Pakistan’s Michael & Parker. “It’s a vital stride taken by IBI to actively respond to China’s Belt and Road Initiative, as well as promote regional economic cooperation and development”, an official said.

The concerned official went on to say, “IBI will join hands with the Pak government to tailor global one stop full chain services for various industrial chains in Pak backed by its superior digital economy, industrial internet, cross border presence of industrial belts and other aspects, thus spurring the collaborative and innovative development of industrial and supply chains.”

Pak Minister of IT and Telecommunications, Shaza Fatima Khwaja, fully affirmed the achievements of IBI in the concerned sectors and elaborated in detail the difficulties and challenges currently faced by her country in the concerned fields.

She hoped that IBI would take part and play a major role in building Pakistan’s economy. According to the mutual agreement, IBI would partner with local core Pakistani enterprises to support its business by giving full play to mature sources in the digital economy, and robust digital technology advantage.

The organisation is to work together with the Pakistani government to advance cooperation in cross border integrated service platform, supply chain collab program, cloud factory program and other key areas such as enterprise promotion and talent exchange, having the goal to create a global presence of enterprises based in both the countries.

Guests attending the key signing ceremony included Shaza Fatima Khwaja, Pak’s minister of IT and Telecommunications, Ghulam Qadir, Commercial Counsellor of Pak Embassy, Erfa Iqbal from the PM Office of Pakistan, Liu Junzhai who is the director and  VP of IBI, and Danyal who is VP and General Manager of Cross Border E Commerce of Todudu.
