Bilawal Bhutto’s Solidarity Visit to Palestine Embassy

Bilawal Bhutto visited the Palestine embassy to show his support and solidarity for the Palestinian people. He expressed worries and sadness over the situation in Gaza and said that Pakistan stands with the people of Palestine during these difficult times. Bilawal Bhutto also highlighted the historical support of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and the Palestinian leadership for the Palestinian cause on the world stage.

He Also Condemned the tragic loss of hundreds of Palestinian children in Israeli attacks and he said  it a stain on humanity. Bilawal also criticized the Israeli bombardment of hospitals in Gaza. Als Stating that it puts a security risk for the region and called on the international community to take action to stop Israeli aggression.

During his visit, the Palestinian diplomat, Ahmad Jawad Rabei, presented Bilawal Bhutto with a symbolic scarf representing Palestinian resistance. Bilawal Bhutto recorded his comments in the guest book of the Palestinian Embassy and noted the historical connection between the PPP and the Palestinian cause, with a reference to the visit of Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat to the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Awam Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.

Bilawal’s visit to the embassy came at a time when Gaza was under attack by Israeli forces.  The conflict had led to Huge destruction.  thousands of buildings destroyed and more than a million people displaced in Gaza, which had already been deprived of basic necessities.
