Separately, Ishaq Dar met Turkish Ambassador İrfan Neziroğlu and discussed Pakistan-Turkey bilateral relations and ongoing cooperation through bilateral institutional mechanisms. The Turkish envoy briefed the foreign minister about the progress made under different frameworks that promote cooperation between Islamabad and Ankara.
Pakistan and Türkiye continue to enjoy close political and diplomatic relations. There is bilateral cooperation in economic, defence, cultural and regional domains.
