Netflix’s first-ever Pakistani original, ‘Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo,’ is set to premiere this June. The series starring Ahad Raza Mir and Iqra Aziz will give way to thunderous excitement before its June release with a supremely appealing cast and stunning visuals.
Drama-worlding Ahad Raza Mir and Iqra Aziz prove worthy enough to pull everybody’s attention. Sikander, who is Ahad’s character, will be seen opposite Leeza, who is played by Iqra. International feels here we come, with seamless shooting in some of the most beautiful locations all over Italy.
By now, half the behind-the-scenes pics have flooded the social media platforms. Fans were excited to watch Ahad and Iqra, unbelievably dressed in creamy white outfits, sauntering through some enchanted Italian streets, filled with romance and intrigue.
Well, gloriously, the cast takes away most of the credits. It has all the big names in Pakistan: Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan, Sanam Saeed, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Bilal Ashraf, Maya Ali, and Hania Aamir, thus making Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo one of the largest projects to launch on the OTT platforms in South Asia.
Instagram sensation Iqra Aziz has shared funny clips of the Italy shoots, including three candid photos, travel stories, and behind-the-scenes glimpses, further heightening the drama’s anticipation. Some fans, however, are unhappy with Ahad Raza Mir’s Sikander.
They say a gaslighter requires “heavy emotions”, nevertheless, many are optimistic that the Netflix megastar cast will shine on international screens. Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo may be just around the corner in terms of release and the shift it makes for Pakistani dramas in the international streaming space.
