SP Aisha Butt Honored with Global Excellence Award
In a historic recognition of women’s contributions to human society, Punjab Police’s SP Aisha Butt has been selected for this prestigious Excellence in Performance Award 2025.
The award, presented by the International Association of Women Police (IAWP), recognizes SP Butt for her dedication, exemplary service, and commitment to law enforcement.
“On behalf of our members, the Board of Directors, and the Recognition Committee, please accept our congratulations for this highly competitive international award,” IAWP President Julia Jaeger said in her This annual award is given to foreign female police officers for extraordinary contributions in the field of policing. This time, SP Aisha Butt is conferred this honor during the 62nd IAWP Annual Training Conference, Glasgow, Scotland, from 8th September to 12th September 2025.
SP Butt, who is currently the City Traffic Officer in Gujranwala, celebrated her achievement far and wide, and her success was hailed by the Punjab Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr. Usman Anwar, who termed this achievement a matter of pride for the entire police force.
