Pakistan has issued 87 visas to Indian Hindus to reach the ‘Shadani Darbar’ temple in Sindh province. The pilgrims will be able to celebrate the event which is the 316th birth anniversary of Shiv Avtari Satguru Sant Shadaram Sahib.
There, the pilgrims will proceed to Shadani Darbar Hayat Pitafi at Sindh and conduct the ceremony from 24th November to 4th December 2024. The religious visit was conducted in response to the provision of the India-Pakistan Protocol on Visits to Religious Shrines signed in 1974.
The Pakistani High Commissioner in India Saad Ahmad Warraich last week wished the traveling pilgrims a meaningful journey. He reassured the world of Pakistan’s continued efforts to safeguard sacred places and assist the faithful that flock therein.
That is why the Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi, which offered these visas, remains a stronghold of religious tourism between the two states. This approval of visas is an indication of the effort of the Pakistan government to maintain inter-faith tolerance and promote religious bonds across the world.
This annual journey not only enshrine the faith and freedom of the devotees but it is also an endeavor to strengthen the cultural relationship between two neighboring countries.
