Prince Harry’s Touching Tribute to Queen Elizabeth on First Anniversary

Prince Harry, also known as the Duke of Sussex recently delivered a speech at the WellChild Awards, an event that recognizes children facing serious illnesses. During his address he took a moment to honor his grandmother, who had passed away one year ago.

In his words Prince Harry expressed his belief that on this occasion his grandmother was watching over all of them. He mentioned how happy it made him to see everyone together and how their gathering continued to shine a light on such a community.

Despite residing in the United States Prince Harry made a journey back to the UK for this event. He explained that he couldn’t be present at this year’s awards due to the passing of Queen Elizabeth.

Prince Harry shared a sentiment about the Queen expressing that she would have wanted him to be with everyone at the event than by her side. Although she may not have been physically present he felt her spirit among them.
