Dr. Shireen Mazari, Fayaz ul Hasan Chohan and other senior leaders also quit Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf condemning the acts of violence on May 9. The leaders announced to quit PTI as well as the active politics.
While talking to media, Former Federal Minister Dr Shireen Mazari condemned the acts of violence done on May 9 and also announced her participation in politics onwards.

Dr Shireen Mazari announced that, She will not participate in any kind of politics, nor Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf or any other political party. She said, “She will focus on family, health and her kids from now on”.
She also condemned the attacks on Military installations and other state institutions.
Fayaz ul Hasan Chohan Quitting PTI
The Former Provincial Minister Fayaz ul Hasan Chohan also announced to quit Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf over PTI Chief Imran Khan’s politics of violence.
While addressing a news conference, he said the entire nation is saddened over the ransacking of military installation and other state institutions. The PTI leader said, Imran Khan had himself been inciting his workers to organize protests in cantonment areas.

Ths former leader made it clear that he is leaving PTI and not the politics and will continue to serve the people of Rawalpindi in a different way.
