PM reaffirms Pakistan’s complete solidarity with Palestinians

PM Shahbaz Sharif has reaffirmed Pakistan’s complete solidarity with the Palestinian people residents of the Gaza Strip. Talking to the media after his meeting with Palestinian President Mahoud Abbas in New York City, he said the hearts of Pakistan beats with the hearts of Palestine.

The PM strongly condemned the Israeli atrocities in Gaza over the last one year, especially the continuous attacks of the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) on innocent civilians stuck in the strip. He stated that this kind of barbarism has not been witnessed since ages in the face of the Earth.

Sharif went on to say that it is high time to collectively demand an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and the creation of the state of Palestine without which peace cannot be restored in the region.

President Mahmoud Abbas acknowledged that the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has always supported the Palestine cause.
