The Election Lab at the University of Florida keeps tabs on mail-in and early voting nationwide. A survey of 808 likely Iowa voters including those who have cast ballots and those who intend to do so, shows that Kamala Harris is ahead of Donald Trump 47 percent to 44 percent in Iowa.
Both Trump and Harris are actively campaigning in states that currently appear to be battlegrounds.
On Monday, Harris will address events in Michigan and participate in two rallies in Pennsylvania. Meanwhile Trump will hold rallies in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Georgia on Sunday.
While Trump focuses on revitalising the economy and addressing illegal immigration, Harris is framing the election as crucial for protecting women’s rights, constitutional values, and fundamental freedoms.
