(C)Hum News English,special flight rescues 70 pakistani nationals from lebanon
A special foreign flight carrying Pakistani nationals landed in Karachi International Airport from Damascus, Syria in the early hours on Wednesday. According to details, a foreign flight transported 70 passengers from Lebanon with special arrangements at the Karachi international airport for their arrival.
Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori, Federal Minister Khalid Maqbool Siddique and other officials were present at the airport to welcome the arriving citizens. According to sources, the Pak nationals travelled from Lebanon to Syria by road and then were airlifted from Syria’s capital Damascus to Karachi International Airport in Pakistan.
Before this, the Director General of Civil Aviation Authority granted permission for a special flight by Charm Wings Airlines to bring in the stranded Pakistanis back home.
