Imam-e-Kaaba, Sheikh Saleh bin Humaid, arrived in Islamabad for a four-day visit aimed at reinforcing the deep-rooted brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. His Visit was Marked by a Warm reception from Prominent Figures including Federal Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti, Federal Minister for Education Madad Ali Sindhi, Chairman of Pakistan Ulema Council Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi and Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki.
During his stay, Imam-e-Kaaba is scheduled to lead the Friday Prayer at the iconic Faisal Mosque, a momentous event eagerly awaited by the local Muslim community. The Spiritual Leader will also Engage in Crucial Meetings with Key figures including the President, Prime Minister, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) and other high-Ranking Officials.
Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi, who is also the Special Representative to the Prime Minister on Religious Harmony and Pakistani Diaspora in Middle East and Muslim Countries, emphasized the significance of Imam-e-Kaaba’s visit. He Stated that the Presence of the Spiritual Leader would Generate Widespread anticipation underlining the importance of this Spiritual and Diplomatic Engagement.
