The two-Member bench, led by Nisar Durrani ruled against Sharif and Suggested that he could approach the Election Tribunal if dissatisfied with the Decision.

He Emphasized that the ECP has already formed Election tribunals making it an appropriate venue for addressing these Concerns.
The ECP’s Verdict not only dismissed Sharif’s Plea but also instructed the Returning Officer to finalize the Results within three Days. Shahzada Gustasap Khan the PTI-backed independent Candidate, emerged Victorious in NA-15 with 105,249 Votes while Nawaz Sharif secured the Runner-up Position with 80,382 Votes.
