Eid ul Fitr holidays have been announced for schools and colleges across Pakistan. Starting from April 10, students will enjoy a break until April 14, 2024. Dr. Malik Abrar Hussain who is also the President of the All Pakistan Private Schools and Colleges Association has shared this news. She also advises all the Parents and Students to mark their Calendars and return to regular classes on the exact date of April 15th.

This announcement follows the Federal Government’s decision to grant a five day Holiday for Eid ul Fitr. which will start from April 10 and end on April 13. This four-day break is a time for citizens to celebrate the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

Eidul Fitr is a special occasion in the Islamic calendar, signaling the conclusion of a month of fasting. Muslims worldwide observe this period of self restraint during Ramadan and making Eid celebrations particularly joyous.

As families come together to mark the end of fasting, it’s a time for prayer, feasting and gratitude. Eid ul Fitr is a special  celebration of Community, Generosity and togetherness after ramadhan. 

During these Eid holidays, families do gatherings to share meals, exchange gifts, spend time and engage in acts of charity. In this time of Ramadan people also learn many lessons and feel themselves more close to Allah. In these time they also gets a chance to strengthen bonds with loved ones.
