Pakistan Day is being Celebrated across the Nation with Traditional Fervor and Enthusiasm as Citizens renew their Commitment to the advancement and Stability of the Country.

This Significant Day Commemorates the Lahore Resolution Passed on March 23, 1940 and the Adoption of Pakistan’s First Constitution in 1956 Officially Declaring Pakistan as the World’s first Islamic Republic. The Historic Lahore Resolution Championed by Quaid-i-Azam M.A Jinnah Paved the way for the Establishment of an independent Federation named Pakistan Comprising Regions with a Muslim Majority in British-Controlled Territories.

The day Commenced with Ceremonial Events including a 31-Gun Salute in the Federal Capital and a 21-Gun Salute in Provincial Capitals. Special Prayers were Offered in Mosques across the Country Seeking Prosperity and unity for Pakistan. The National flag fluttered Proudly atop major Government Buildings Symbolizing the Nation’s unity and Resilience.

A Highlight of the Celebrations is the Grand Military Parade held in Islamabad where Contingents from all three Armed Forces alongside other Security forces Participate in march Pasts while Fighter Planes Perform impressive Aerial Maneuvers. Notably Saudi Defence Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman Al Saud Graced the Occasion as the Guest of Honor, underscoring the Strong Bonds between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Moreover Contingents from China and Azerbaijan added to the Spectacle of the Parade Highlighting Pakistan’s Diplomatic Relations with other Nations.

Later in the Day an investiture Ceremony took Place at Aiwan-e-Sadar where President Asif Ali Zardari Conferred Awards and Medals upon individuals for their Exceptional Contributions across Various Fields. This Ceremony Serves as a Testament to the Dedication and achievements of those who have made Significant Strides in the Service of the Nation.
