Nawaz Sharif Returns to Pakistan After Productive Visit to China

Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and leader of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz PM-N has returned to Pakistan on Tuesday. Nawaz Sharif visited China for a week. In the meeting Nawaz Sharif met with Chinese business Leaders to Discuss investment Opportunities in Pakistan. He also give special attention to Punjab province as his daughter, Maryam Nawaz, serves as the chief executive there.

In China, Nawaz Sharif try to convince different companies to consider investing in Punjab. His main purpose was to make countries economy better. 

After his return, sources suggest that Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar might soon visit China and continue the talks initiated by Nawaz Sharif. This visit is considered big because it’s the first international trip Nawaz Sharif has made since returning to Pakistan in 2023.

After spending four years in self imposed exile in London. He left Pakistan in 2019 after a high court allowed him to travel abroad for medical treatment, as his doctors indicated he needed urgent care.After meeting Chinese officials Nawaz Sharif also plans for doing a medical checkup during his visit.

Nawaz Sharif viit to china will strengthen Pakistan’s ties with China. If China do investment in Pakistan it will be very beneficial for economy.
