A Karachi Court made a Decision Regarding the Custody of two Siblings Ayaan and Anabiya who were found after Disappearing from the North Nazimabad area. The Court gave Custody to their aunt after Hearing arguments from both Sides.

The Children told the investigating Officer that they left Home because their aunt and maternal Grandmother used to Beat them. They asked a man they met to take them to Edhi Home but he kindly took them to his home and then Dropped them off at a mall in Hyderi the next day after Contacting their Mother.

Surprisingly the father was unaware that the mother had been away for two years, and he had been prevented from seeing his children. He Demanded Punishment for the aunt and Uncle and Sought Custody of the Kids.

After considering all arguments, the court reserved its verdict for some time and eventually granted custody to the aunt, who had to submit surety bonds worth Rs1 million.

Earlier, Ayaan, 11, and Anabiya, 12, had left their home to buy a burger and didn’t return. The Police initiated an investigation, Registering a case of missing Children. Fortunately, the children were found, and their mother expressed gratitude online from Dubai.

In their initial statements, the children mentioned being mistreated by their aunt and maternal grandmother. They also spent a night with an uncle and aunt who found them on the street.
