Ishaq Dar who is the Foreign Minister of Pakistan, had an important conversation with the Foreign Minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan. They talked about how the two Countries are  collaborating and Working together on many different fields to help each other.

Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said he is excited about making the relationship between Pakistan and the UAE more Stronger. He wants both countries to help each other economically. This means they want to find better ways for both countries to benefit from their partnership.

Before becoming the Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar was the Finance Minister in Pakistan. Now, he is working on a new role so that Pakistan can face  big challenges, especially in the economy and security.

Dar has been the Finance Minister four times before, which means he knows a lot about how money works in the country. This suggests that money and finances will play a big part in how Pakistan deals with other countries.

But some people haven’t been happy with how Ishaq Dar managed the economy when he was Finance Minister before. They say things like prices went up a lot, as much as 38%, and the interest rates people had to pay on loans were very high, around 22%. This happened mostly because Pakistan had to follow rules set by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), which lends money to countries in need but with certain conditions.
