Imam-e-Kaaba, Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah Humaid and Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Saeed Ahmad Al-Malkiy met with President Dr. Arif Alvi in Islamabad on Thursday. During the meeting President Alvi reiterated Pakistan’s steadfast Support for a just and Peaceful Resolution of the Palestine issue emphasizing the importance of a two-state Solution.

Expressing Concern for the Palestinian People President Alvi called on the world to Recognize and address the Pain inflicted on innocent Civilians including Women and Children by Israeli atrocities in Gaza. The Meeting Delved into Discussions on the Situation in Gaza Islamophobia and Other Challenges Confronting the Islamic World.

Welcoming Imam-e-Kaaba President Alvi underscored the Strong and Brotherly Relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia Rooted in Common Faith Shared History and People-to-People Connections. Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah Humaid Highlighted the unanimous Stance of the Muslim World on the Palestine issue advocating for the Palestinians’ rights based on the two-state Solution.

Imam-e-Kaaba Emphasized the need for Collective efforts by the Muslim World to end Violence and atrocities in Palestine Calling for Humanitarian and Diplomatic support. President Alvi Commended Saudi Arabia’s Role in addressing Critical Muslim Causes and Stressed the importance of Unity among Muslim Nations in facing Common Challenges.

President Alvi Praised Saudi Arabia for its recent Normalization of Relations with Iran Considering it a Significant Breakthrough for Regional Peace and Stability. He also acknowledged Saudi initiatives for Peace in Yemen, Syria and Sudan. Expressing gratitude the President thanked Saudi Arabia for its economic Support to Pakistan Humanitarian aid and Contributions to Development Projects especially in Education and Healthcare.
