Dubai’s 30-day visit visa fee for October 2024.

Each year, scores of people flock to  Dubai, the cultural and economic hub of the UAE drawn by its ultra modern infrastructure and exciting entertainment options. The United Arab Emirates visit offers visas with different stay durations for foreign nationals allowing them to explore the vibrant mixed arab and western culture in the heartland of the country.

For Pak nationals, tourists can obtain a single entry visa for tourism purposes extending from 30 to 60 days. A sponsor in the UAE such as a tourism establishment must facilitate this process by paying a prescribed fee and providing a financial security deposit. The sponsor may vary from a person, a company or a hotel and resort business operating in Dubai.

UAE Visit Visa Requirements

To apply for a visit visa the documents that are required are a photograph of the person, a photocopy of the person’s passport who is applying for the tourist visa, an identity card from the country of origin (applied for certain nationalities such as Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan), medical insurance valid in the UAE, hotel reservation or accommodation details, and a travel ticket for onward travel from UAE or a ticket to exit the United Arab Emirates after the staying period gets over.

Visit Visa Application Process

Applications can be submitted through digital channels such as GDRFA website or through smart application. The sponsor must log on to the smart services system using a United Arab Emirates pass or username then go searching for a required service and then go to fill out the application form. Alternatively, the sponsor can visit the relevant department to apply for the visa in person.

Visa Application Charge

As of Oct 2024, a regulation fee amounting to AED 200 needs to be paid for a 30 days tourist visa along with an extra 5% value added tax (VAT). If the sponsored person is already in the UAE an extra fee applies including knowledge Dirham (AED 10) and Innovation Dirham (AED 10) along with a fee of AED 500 for those inside the United Arab Emirates. The charges can vary from person to person also depending on special circumstances or additional requirements.
