Dubai Launches Mothers’ Endowment Campaign to Support Education Globally

On the 4th of March, 2024, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, unveiled the Mothers’ Endowment campaign. A noble initiative to honor and support mothers in the UAE. The purpose of the campaign  is to establish a Sustainable AED 1 Billion endowment fund which is dedicated to supporting the Education of Millions of individuals Worldwide.

This is a very big campaign on the time of the holy month of Ramadan.also this  shows the imported role mothers play as the first Teachers of their Children. By creating this charity fund they aim to pay tribute to all Mothers in the UAE. This is how they promote the values of Honoring Parents, kindness and solidarity in the Relations. The Mothers’ Endowment campaign invites people to make donations in their mothers’ names. This is how they know the sense of community responsibility . With this fund  raised it will also help with educational systems which will focus on needed communities.

This strategy aims in imported to support  living and empowering individuals to enter the job market His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum expressed his vision for the campaign on platform X, stating, “A mother is a synonym of heaven, and her satisfaction is the path to heaven. he call  everyone to be part of this endowment campaign. this is how we can make our mothers happy, please our Creator and practice fasting this Ramadan with blessings, love and kindness. The campaign shows the charity and humanitarian work in the UAE’. Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Secretary-General of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI), highlighted the campaign’s alignment with His Highness’s vision for sustainable giving and generosity.

The Mothers’ Endowment campaign for education support operates under the umbrella of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, the region’s largest foundation in humanitarian and development work. It builds on the success of previous Ramadan campaigns which showcase the UAE’s dedication to social solidarity. The campaign follows a plan such as ’10 Million Meals,’ ‘100 Million Meals,’ ‘1 Billion Meals,’ and the ‘1 Billion Meals Endowment,’ each contributing significantly to humanitarian causes.
