Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is taking Action to help the People of Gaza during a Difficult time. He has asked for Something called a “Humanitarian corridor” to be opened which means a safe path for Providing essential aid like Food, Fuel, and Water to the people in Gaza. Along with this he has Promised to give $10 million to Support urgent Needs in Gaza.

This Decision comes after attempts to send aid to Gaza through Diplomatic means didn’t work. The Situation in Gaza became much worse after an Attack  which led to the Tragic loss of more than 1,300 lives. Israel has Placed a Complete blockade on Gaza and has Launched very intense airstrikes on the area.

Trudeau’s call for a Humanitarian Corridor is a way to make sure that aid can get to the people in Gaza without any Problems. He is Really worried about the Serious and worsening crisis in Gaza so he’s asking for this Corridor to be Opened up for Humanitarian Reasons.

At the same time he Recognizes that Israel has the right to defend itself, which is allowed by international law. But he also believes that even during a war, there should be certain rules that everyone Follows. So, he’s saying that there should be rules even during Difficult times like these.
